Your Role
As our Account Manager New Business, you’ll be the engine that drives our client roster forward. You’ll know our ideal customer inside out and find fresh ways to bring them to the table. You’ll make first contact, build strong relationships, and turn client needs into winning marketing strategies. Working closely with our specialists at a strategic level, you’ll keep our calendar packed with meetings. At Rijks Digital, we focus on results, not desk hours—and you’ll enjoy doing it all fully remote!

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively reach out to potential new clients

  • Refine and optimize our acquisition funnel

  • Book meetings and nurture lasting client relationships

  • Collaborate with our team of experts to deliver tailored marketing solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial role, ideally in marketing or sales

  • An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset—if you see an opportunity, you go for it

  • The ability to translate our ideal customer profile into confirmed meetings

  • Hands-on experience in new business and account management within digital marketing/strategy

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Willingness to work hybrid, with occasional work stints in Spain
